includes the QuickCreative web site including
QuickCreative.us, QuickCreative.net, gotBrochures.com
and gotBizcards.com. By accessing the QuickCreative
web site, you agree to be bound by the terms

| Our Committment |
QuickCreative LLC is committed to the satisfaction
of it's customers. We will work with you to resolve
any problems or complaints you may have related to
our services. However, our lawyers insisted we state
the following: |
| Prices |
If our prices are incorrect we
will try and honor them. If the prices are
clearly mistaken and would lead to us being
considerably out of pocket, we will not
accept an order. In all cases, once we have
accepted an order (logging into your account
will show its status as "In Progress"),
the price is definite.

| Copyright and Trademark Disputes |
You acknowledge, by uploading
to our site, that any information that you provide
for the creation of any materials does not violate
any copyright and/or trademarks developed or owned
by any other organization or person. You will not
hold us responsible and you will protect us from
any legal actions taken as a result of copyright
or trademark violation. |
QuickCreative LLC will endeavor
to create materials that are unique and
that do not violate the copyright of any
other organization. You are responsible
for ensuring any materials you use that
have been created by QuickCreative LLC are
trademarked and copyrighted according to
any applicable laws and requirements. The
QuickCreative LLC links page provides links
to organizations thay may assist you with
this. |
We will further provide a warranty
on our design services that in the event
that you are unable to obtain copyright
and/or trademark ownership, we will provide
a new design at no additional cost. This
warranty does not apply to any printing
services or to the costs associated with
the copyright / trademark services themselves.
You MUST start the copyright / trademark
process within 30 business days of completion
of your order for this warranty to apply.
You agree to protect QuickCreative LLC
in the event that any other organization should
take action claiming that materials produced violate
their copyright or trademark. QuickCreative is
not responsible or liable for any costs or fees
arising from any copyright or trademark or related
dispute. |
| Indemnification |
Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions,
you hold QuickCreative LLC and it's staff harmless
to any and all disagreements to these terms and conditions
and any expense or legals fees if needed. |
| Termination |
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any
time for any reason. Of course we're hardly likely
to do this, but, if we
did then our refund policy would apply. |
| Refund Policy |
The deposit for design services in non-refundable.
In the event that we are unable to provide
you with satisfactory design, we will
refund this deposit at our discretion.
You are not required to pay the balance
of any order until you have approved a
satisfactory design.
If you wish to cancel your order and
IF you notify us before we post your initial
concepts, we will refund your down payment.
If you cancel but notify us after your
intial concept has been posted, the deposit
is non-refundable, but you will not be
charged for the balance.

You are responsible for the
approval of any drafts associated with your
order. Once an approved draft is submitted
for printing, the printed material is correct
if, and only if, it matches the draft. For
example, an incorrectly spelled name on
a business card is only incorrect if it
does not match the draft. We will work with
you to rectify any such errors however you
are responsible for ensuring that all information,
spelling, etc. is correct on the proof you
approve. |
| Promotion |
We are proud of our work and we like to display
it on our web site. Unless you specifically request
that we do not, by accepting these terms and conditions,
you are proiving us with permission to use any materials
on our website. |
| Use of Materials |
QuickCreative retains ownership
and rights to any materials and drafts produced.
Upon payment of the balance of any order,
all rights and ownership of these materials
will transfer to you. |
