| What payment types do you accept? |
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express and Paypal online. You may also mail
payment by check or money order.

| What currencies do you accept? |
We only accept payment in US dollars, although
we are happy to work with international clients.
If you need an A4 size substituted for 8 1/2 X 11,
please let us know.

| Where do you ship to? |
We will ship printed materials anywhere in the
world. A shipping cost will be incurred and no international
orders will be eligible for free shipping. However
please note that we only accept US dollars.

| What software program will you create my artwork
in? |
We do all of our layouts using
Quark XPress — a
professional-level powerful desktop publishing software
program recognized by commercial printers. For creating
and editing images, we also use other industry standard
software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia
Freehand, & Macromedia Fireworks

| What format will I receive
my artwork in? |
We will supply you with a Quark XPress
file (.qxd) ready for professional commercial
printing. This format is accepted by the
majority of printers; however, it is always
a good idea to ask your printer what files
they accept before any design is started.
We will also provide you with a PDF, .tiff
and .jpg file. These are more suitable
for printing from your desktop or if you
take your job to a local copy shop for
copying.

| Will I be able to edit your design on my own computer |
You will if you have the same software (see above
question) that we have used to create your design.
Otherwise, you would have to take it to a professional
designer, printer or someone who has the same software.

| I would like you to use some photographs that I
have when you design my brochure. What is the best
way to get those to you? |
You will be given the opportunity
to upload any images when you place your order
and, subsequently, from the My Account area of
our website. You may also mail us the photos and
we will scan them in at no extra cost. Send them
in a SAE and we’ll
promptly return your photos as well.
In certain cases where you have very large files
we will provide you with specific instructions
on how to transfer them to us.

| I have lost the file containing the artwork for
my order. Can you send me another one? |
Absolutely! Your files will be kept on our computer
and available for you to download for one year. If
you need a file after a year, we will still have
it in our archives and will be happy to locate it
and re-send it to you at no cost.

| Can I have raised lettering (thermography) embossing
or foil stamping on my business cards? |
No, we do not offer that at this time. We specialize
and focus on regular flat-inked business cards
|

| How do I re-order printing for my business cards? |
To place an exact print re-order, simply go to
your account, view your orders and click REORDER.
You will be given the opportunity to enter in the
quantity of cards required and also to add, change
or delete names. You do not, of course, have to pay
the design fee again. You will only be charged for
the printing.

| I would like to reorder business cards but I need
to change some information on them. How do you charge
for that? |
Simple text revisions to your business card. (example:
you have a new phone #, your last name has changed,
your title has changed) are included in the re-order
at no additional cost. Revising the design of the
card, including moving text around, is considered
a new job and is charged at $75. (plus any additional
names)
